Fundraiser Crop Night!

My kids' elementary school organized a scrapbook crop night to raise money for the PTO.  If I wasn't a convert to digital scrapbooking before, I am now!  Watching all those women cart in box after box of supplies made me EXTRA happy about my decision to go all digi.  I walked in with my laptop and a mouse :)

I took the easy way out and used a couple of quick pages, and I totally scraplifted a layout from CK Magazine.  But the Handle With Care one was all me :)  Happy weekend! xoxo

My Eight Year Old!

We had a fairly lazy Saturday, and I was able spend some time Photoshopping.  Yay!  That's my kind of day ;)

Don't you just love Christmas?

I also love these bright colors.  So festive!  Not a lot of journaling...but I think I've captured the spirit of the celebrations ;)

Yes, Jeni's is THAT good.

I celebrated a friend's birthday by forcing her to eat Jeni's ice cream for breakfast.  I know, I'm the best friend ever!

And it's my New Year's Resolution to scrap more.  I really do love it, so I have dedicated Fridays to the wonderful passtime ;)  Happy 2011!

Here's to hoping...

I woke up this morning and found an email from JessicaSprague.com saying that they are doing another audition for more creative team members.  When they held auditions last spring, I was simply too busy to contribute.  I don't expect to be picked (there are so many people with great talent) but at least I got to try this time around!  I submitted this layout (completed today!) and the Friend Reunion and Lagoon layouts that are posted below.  Keep your fingers crossed for me ;)

I have to say, I'm pleased with the way this one turned out.  (And I was THRILLED when I found the little sign that says, "I'm the Boss!" Ha ha!)

Oh, how I love a weekend at the cabin!

I had a great time scrapbooking at the cabin. It's so peaceful up there, it's easy to get a lot done! My personal favorite is the Lagoon layout, but I'm also fond of the silver fox story. I thought it should be recorded for posterity ;)
